At Manisha Bridal Jewellery, we strive to provide high-quality products. We do multiple quality checks before dispatching. Please read this completely before initiating for the return.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. We need a continuous 360-degree video from the courier cover opening till the end where you have to show the damaged area clearly. The video should be continuous; there should not be any cuts or trims. We will not accept if you don't show the product damage properly or if the video is not continuous.
- Return shipping charges will be on the customers.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized Jewellery.
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
- Delays during delivery.
- Metal filling over the stones are common in the Handmade products. Please expect the normal workmanship in the ordinary Jewellery category than the premium Jewels. We mention the difference between them in the product description.
- Earrings stem bent.
- Color variations are common based on one’s screen differences.
- Stone/hanging falls during transit which are common, We will guide you to stick it back.
3. Return Process

- Provide Order ID, photos/video of the defect, and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back in original packaging with tags and invoice.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for defective or wrong items sent by us.
